Orders with all items in stock ship out within 1-3 business days, often sooner. Should there be a delay, please expect an email explanation and solution quickly!

We do our best to find and offer you the most competitive shipping rates possible. And they change all the time!
Currently, our domestic shipping rate averages $3-3.50. Increases are based on parcel size and weight. Your cost is calculated at checkout, and depends upon the type of shipping you pick.
We offer FREE domestic shipping on all orders of $75 or more!
Although rare, occasionally packages will be delayed or late in delivery. Please frequently check the tracking information contained in your shipment notification for updates.
It is not the responsibility of The Spicy Club to track every item. If a shipment appears to be delayed, we strongly urge contacting either the carrier for assistance, or your local post office to see if it has already been delivered by USPS. The vast majority of the time, we cannot assist with shipping delays because the information needed to communicate with the carrier is held privately by you, the customer.
We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a doorman or neighbor, or any other receiving party. Please arrange to have a secure means by which to receive your shipment before ordering.
We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Domestic orders (placed within the U.S.) take between 2 and 5 days to reach you, depending upon your location.

International shipping depends upon the size & weight of the parcel, and the destination.
Please utilize the cart/checkout features to determine an exact shipping total.
International parcels typically take between 2 and 4 weeks to arrive. In rare cases, it can take longer.
Apart from size exchanges and defective items, due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and no refunds are given.

The Spicy Club. honors return and exchange requests within 7 business days of shipment receipt, and only for fit issues and defective items. Please notify us of these issues within 48 hours of receipt: email@example.com
Items must be in new and unworn/unwashed condition, with original packaging, to be eligible for return and exchange.
Refunds are not available for products after 7 business days.
Generally speaking, sale items, limited editions, and pre-order items do not qualify for return or refund, due to limited stock. Exchange items are not guaranteed in-stock.
